Our policy is valid for a period of 15 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If the period of 15 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.


Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund/exchange:

  • Product is defective
  • Product does not correspond to original order
  • Product has gone lost during shipping

If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Furthermore, products must be in their original packaging and unused to be eligible for a refund.


Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.


Sale items

Sale items (bought by means of coupons, vouchers or promotional codes) will be refunded according to discounted purchase price.


Buyer’s Remorse/Size Exchange

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and size exchanges are not accepted. If you wish to change the size of a garment, a new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for the updated size.


Initiate a Return

To initiate a return request please fill out all required fields of the “Return Request Form” below. The following must be provided in attachment to the request:

  • Proof of purchase
  • One or more images or videos of faulty product clearly showing the defect for which the refund is being requested

Once your request has been processed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.


Shipping Items

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. Shipping costs may be partially reimbursed if refund is approved.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund. In this case evidence of damage will be provided.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original method of.


Late or missing refunds

In the case of late or missing refunds you may try the following:

  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us by sending an email to sales@memesjar.com or by filling out the contact form on our Contact Us page.



If the faulty item is eligible for a refund, you may, alternatively, exchange it for the exact same item. In the case of an exchange, the same shipping and delivery times of original order shall apply.


Notification for EU consumers

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Memes Jar reserves rights to refuse returns of customized items at its sole discretion.
